Refund and Exchange Policy
Guidelines to Exchange Item(s) from our ‘Online Boutique’1. Item(s) must be unworn garment(s) with all tags attached free from soil (i.e. body odors, makeup, perfumes, deodorants, cigarette smoke, pet hair)2. Item(s) must be returned at your expense within seven (7) days.3. Please email tracking number and proof of insurance of the item(s) you are returning to email@example.com .
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
Upon receipt, your item(s) will be inspected to ensure that they are free from the above-mentioned soil stipulations.
We will promptly process your new order if the items you returned are in sellable condition. You will be emailed an order confirmation and tracking number for the online purchase exchange.
Exceptions will be made for any manufacturing defects on all jewelry. Items are thoroughly inspected before they are shipped from the shop.
ALL SALES FINAL ON 30% OFF OR HIGHER, CLEARANCE ITEMS, HATS, HEAD COVERINGS, HANDBAGS, SUNGLASSES, SWIMWEAR, AND ACCESSORIES.
